Nature, woods, creeks, ponds, trees, plants, animals and all of Gods bounty are important to me. I have to get into the woods on occasion to reset, release, and re-energize my mind, body and soul. I just got back from a week lond trip in the mountains and man was it refreshing. Sitting on the deck and watching the river run by. Laying in the bed and listening to the birds, crickets and rain water as it pounded the roof was so relaxing. I love nature and as a light worker I am connected to nature. I love rocks, water, trees and animals. All of these things are connected to one another and us as humans.
God made the birds and the bees for our pleasure and enjoyment. He gave them to us to take care of and to be master over. It is our obligation to manage nature and keep it going the best we can. We should do what we can to protect it and keep it safe and clean for future generations. Get into nature soon and just relax and enjoy what God has provided. It can be the best and cheapest therapy ever. Doesn’t cost much to go for a hike, take a walk, go to a park or just sit on your deck and listen to nature.
Nature is good for your mind, body and soul. This is very true and taking time to get into nature is crucial for me and my family.
Taking a walk in nature helps reduce stress and anxiety levels. The quietness and view sooth the mind, body and soul.
Nature makes you happy. There is nothing like a lake, pond, creek, trees, flowers or a park to settle you down and make you happy.
Nature nutures you and helps you heal. As a medium I rely on nature to cleanse with running water in creeks and rivers. The stones and rocks help me tranfer positive energy into my system and eliminate negative energy.
Nature helps you concentrate. Go to a park and sit down and write your next book, blog or article. Go to a park and study for a class test. Go to a park and make your to do list for the coming week. It helps you focus because it is quiet and relaxing.
Getting into nature hiking, walking, swimming, biking, etc helps you heal physically and lose or maintain weight. Nothing like a nice hike to a waterfall.
Spending time outside in the yard, at a park, the beach or wherever gives your body vitamen D. Vitamen D is crucial to your body function and we all need the warmth of the sun on our face at times.
Nature brightens your mood. It is a proven way to feel better, relax and get away from work, life, kids, and the stress of everyday activity.
Nature is beautiful and God made it for us. Nature is one of the best things God created and it is designed to help us live a healthier and better existence.
Nature will teach your children life skills. Kids will fall out of trees. Kids will get scratched and bruised up. Kids will learn about plants, animals and water. Kids will learn that nature is important.

My daughter is moving and I have been over at her house helping her pack up things and move them. The house she is selling is located on a small mountain that is millions of years old and was once inhabited by Native Americans. The property is ancient, rocky and very pretty. It has some huge rocks with lots of energy coming out of them. I love rocks and can feel the energy coming from them. I also have the ability to feel vibrations and am often led to certain rock formations, crystals and other natural formations. I was walking towards my truck to go home and saw this red rock on the ground near a tree.
I bent down to look at the rock and realized it was granite with some red jade in it. It was a nice rock so I picked it up and put it in my pocket to take home and clean up. Jade has some nice healing properties and I had told my daughter I wanted to grab a rock or two from her yard for my collection to keep from her property she was selling. I always felt at ease there so I grabbed the red jade rock. Beside the red rock was just a point sticking out of the ground. I was curious so I dug it out and what I found was an arrowhead.
The arrowhead was about six inches long and nicely shaped into a good point. It was very old and had been there a long time. I have some arrowheads in my rock collection so I put it in my pocket and went home. Later that night I was asleep and that is when I am typically visited by spirits. I felt a female crawl on to of me and she pinned my arms down. I sensed that it was a medicine woman spirit and she was not happy with me. She grabbed my mouth and held it open with her fingers and I could taste the dirt in her fingernails. I tried to fight her and make her let go.
As I fought her I tried to wake my wife but she kept sleeping even though I was tapping on her. The the medicine woman fooled me by making me think my wife had gotten up and went into the bathroom. I realized later that the whole time my wife had been laying beside me and I thought I had been trying to wake her but my arms were pinned down. I bit her fingers and one of them fell off into my mouth and it was choking me. She was saying some kind of incantation over me and obviously trying to kill me.
I started praying to God and my spirit guides and suddenly my mom was laying beside me hugging me. I could see her hair and body and she was holding me in a tight brace as to protect me. I told the woman to leave me alone and asked her what she wanted. I saw a rock above my head and realized that he was after the arrowhead and the red rock I had brought home. I should have never removed those rocks as they were attached to the land and the Indian spirits that still dwell on the property.
The medicine woman left me as fast as she came and my mom went back to Heaven. I awoke grasping for breath and my wife woke up to see what was going on. I asked her if she heard or seen anything and she told me she didn’t. I asked her if she went to the bathroom and she replied no. That is when I knew the spirit had fooled me to think I was alone and she knew that would stress me and make me even more desperate for help. I got up, took a bath and went straight to my daughters old house and placed the red rock and the arrowhead back into the spots I found them.
I walked the property, sat on a huge rock and said a prayer of confirmation and spoke to the spirits to let them know I was sorry, wanted peace and had returned the red rock and arrowhead. I felt a sense of calm and the rock beneath me was vibrating signals to let me know the earth and spirits had heard me. I left the property never to return again. This is my second issue with American Indian spirits that are ancient and attached to the ground, rocks, trees and surroundings where they lived. I have learned a lesson that it is not a good idea to mess with things that are ancient and they are best left alone.

Spirit encounters are vey common with me and today I am writing about the ways that spirit encounters me. I write this to let you know that spirit is always around us and those that have went on before us are loving us from the great beyond. As a medium or whatever you want to call it I have these daily encounters. Below is my list of ways I hear, see, feel or witness spirit activity.
Spirit will make lights flicker in the room you are in.
Spirit will speak to you quietly in your ear. For me is it normally the right side.
Spirit will touch you to let you know they are around you.
Spirit will change the temperature around the room. Generally it gets colder.
Spirit will visit you in dreams and give you visions.
Spirit will give you warm feelings on your head and hair to let you know they are around you.
Spirit will move things from place to place to let you know they are there.
Spirit will alert a pet dog or cat to let you know they are around.
I saw a guy today that claims that no one in Heaven can contact us. He says that only demons can do that and spirit in Heaven is stuck there. I wholeheartedly disagree with him and know for sure that my mom, dad and others are always around me.

I was sitting on the bed just relaxing after a long hard day at work and I heard a female voice say “step back” “RDR”. I looked around to make sure noone was in the room with me and went into the kitchen to ask my wife if she had heard anything. She told me she didn’t say anything and I knew that was true because I know her voice. So I went back into the room and sat down and ask the spirit that spoke to me to say something else. It wasn’t long I heard “step back” again and I was confused.
I went to my computer and googled what I heard but could find no references to what the RDR may mean other than some video game people like to play. I do not play video games so I just chalked it up as a random spirit encounter. The voice was female and young likely in her 30’s. It was pleasant and did not offer a threat to me. I can discern the difference between a good and bad spirit as they will try to fool you. So I spoke to her and told her to let me know what she wanted me to know.
I never heard her again and still have not figured out what RDR means or why she was telling me to step back. Maybe she was telling something bad to step back and she is one of my spirit guides. I will continue to seek what she wanted and wait for her to talk to me some more to figure out what she wants. Until then it is another experience I can record and put in the books as a spirit encounter. Spirit Chronicles continue to happen daily and I will continue to record it.

Today I am writing about a topic I am beginning to learn much more about as I have begun to use them more and more for protection and well being as I walk the spiritual journey of being a medium. I personally do not buy alot of them but do have some that felt really good to me so I bought them and have them around me at all times especially when I am dealing with spirit, conducting a reading or being hit by spirit.
I have put together a list of the most popular crystals and what they do for people that use them and nuture them as part of their daily lives and process. Crystals are believed to be powerful enough to help you with wealth, health and other aspects of your life as well. Below are my favorites and what they do for me. You may beleive or not and that is fine, but I have seen how they help me physically, emotionally and spirirutally.
Clear Quartz- This is a crystal that promotes well being and energy levels. It enhances your thought process and abilities to see, hear and feel spiritual matters and energy.
Obsidian- This stone is incredibly protective and for me is best in black obsidian. This stone is balancing and shields you against physical and emotional attacks. It will help you find a true sense of security.
Rose Quartz- This pink stone is all about love. This stone encourages love, trust, faith and honor within the soul.
Tigers Eye- This is my favortie color stone. Not only beautiful but powerful in helping you with anxiety, fear and self doubt.
Bloodstone- This awesome red like stone helps circulation of the blood stream and energy levels. It helps me to draw positive energy into my body and get rid of negative energy. This is an improtant stone for me as a medium (light worker).
Sapphire- This stone is related to roylaty and wisdom. It is my moms and wifes favorite blue stone and is excellent for grounding and energy levels.
Crystals are healing and help us rid ourselves of negativity, increase spritual awareness and enhance our inner soul. Go to a crystsl shop and look around. Pick them up and hold them and you will know which one is right for you. Let yourself feel the vibes of the earth and its energy to help you live you best spiritual, emotional and physical life.

Last night I was half asleep and woke up to go the bathroom at 3:01am. I laid back down and right as I fell back to sleep I heard one of my guardians say “180”. Then I heard “faith and heaven” and “hell”. I saw 180 again before I woke up so I sat up in bed thought about what that may mean and wrote it down to write about later. Guardians and Angels often use numbers and pictures to send messages to those that are connected with them. I have been getting these messages for quite some time now and they always have meaning to exactly what is going on with me at the time.
The number 180 from an Angelic meaning is a sign of continuing to push towards enlightenment, transformation and faith based practice of my ability. It is a sign that success through change is coming and that I must do it with faith and go forward. The number one stands for new beginnings and I received a new beginning in September of 2020. The number eight is a symbol of confidence, self control and mentality. The number zero is a sign of spiritual awakening and spiritual journey. 180 is telling me to trust my intuition and move forward knowing God has a plan for my life.
I did some heavy research into this number and the Biblical importance of it today. It turns out the number 180 means a directional change, point of change, going and not looking back.. When we get to a 180 we are either going forward or backwards. We are either going for the light and God or going for the Devil. I prayed last night before I went to bed for God’s guidance and my guardians to show me the direction I needed to take with my new gifts. I heard the words “180”, “heaven” “hell” and “faith” which spoke to my heart directly as an answer to my prayer. In my quest to be a light warrior for God and better Christian I often face spiritual warfare in my sleep, daily life and at other unexpected times.
This 180 is telling me I have a long ways to go to get to where I need to be and am at the breaking point where I can go one way or the other. Once I commit and go past the 180 I must walk with faith and seek Heaven as my ultimate goal. I cannot go back or go the other way. I am set on being with God and my heavenly host. I went through the Bible and verse 180 in 35 books tells a significant story about good versus evil. Below are a few examples of what the 180 verse or line is in the Bible and its significance to faith, heaven and hell.
Ecclesiastes 10:2; States that a wise mans heart directs him towards the right (good) while a foolish mans heart directs him towards the left (bad).
John 5:14; talks about a man becoming well and not sinning anymore.
Ezekiel 10:11; talks about going in one direction and not looking back.

I am the recipient of a true miracle. A divine and heavenly message that literally saved my life. One that sounds too good to be true, a story that many will not believe. While others will rejoice in it and find inspiration about life after death and how our loved ones care for us in the great beyond. What I am writing is the direct result of God and his power to heal, change our lives and work miracles. God has a plan for everyone, he gave his only son to make sure that we could have life after death. This event in my life involves life after death and spiritual activity beyond imagination. Follow along with me as I tell the true story of Miracle on Old Town Road.
It all started with some chest pain and tightness I was having at work. I thought I was just experiencing signs of stress and fatigue. I was refusing to acknowledge something may really be wrong. I have dreamed vividly for most of my life, but recently those dreams have become real, scary at times and hard to understand. My wife had been telling me to relax, not stress and to go to the doctor. I even had an episode where I had to go to the local hospital for testing. After a battery of tests, they sent me home with instructions to get a sleep study and a stress test. The doctor told me all that could kill me were covered in the testing and I was likely just stressed out. Little did he know the misdiagnosis could have cost me my life.
Prior to all this happening we had been experiencing unusual activity outside with a female voice being heard. Several family members had heard this female voice outside our house. A nice voice, calming and in each situation a family member was by themselves and heard the lady. The first time my daughter heard the woman say “I can’t understand what you’re saying”. She stepped inside and told my wife and I about it, so we immediately got on the golf cart and rode around the yard and property to investigate. We found nobody, no signs of trespassers, no further voices so I wrote it off as just hearing things. A week later the second event of the woman happened.
I had taken our little dog Finley out to pee before bed time and he ran around the corner of the house. I hollered for him several times because it is very dark out where we live and the coyote population is strong. As I yelled at Finley where are you the third time, a woman’s voice said “he is over here”. I stepped inside to ask my wife and daughter if they had said something to me and they were both working on computers and busy. So now I am starting to think, something isn’t right with this. A few weeks later, my wife heard the voice while she was outside say “hey girl, what are you doing”. As the third time, we then began to believe that we may have a ghost or spirit on the property. The final time was a few days later while I was cleaning the yard up, the woman said “what are you doing”. So now we knew something was wrong and we had a ghost, spirit, haunting, call it what you want.
We went on with life and talked about it from time to time, but didn’t really hear anything else outside. My wife has a friend that she speaks with about 1-2 times a year to check up on her family. She had an urge to call the friend and talk to her. They had a nice conversation and at the end of the call, my wife mentioned the woman outside and how weird it was. At this point, the friend reveals to my wife that she had a gift of seeing and knowing things from a spiritual world standpoint. She stated that the woman’s name was Martha or Margaret and she had died on the property many, many years ago.
She also mentioned that there were native american spirits on the property that were at peace, as well as a man that was mad. As with the thought of spiritual contact and all that we see and hear on TV, it is hard to grasp that this may be real. So with this information in hand and not sure what to do with it we did some online investigation, called the previous landowner and spoke to him. He told us he knew nothing of it, but would ask around and get back. A few days later he called and this is where things get interesting.
Martha was an older lady that lived on the property in the early 1900’s with her husband. She died of a sudden heart attack on the property. Her husband died in a tractor accident years later and was angry that he had gone so fast. Turned out, he was the mad spirit because he died in pain and wasn’t ready to cross over yet. After getting the news we spoke to our friend again to update her. That’s when my Mom gave me the Miracle contact, divine intervention, call it what you may.
As we were finishing the conversation with our friend my mom came through and told her to make sure I went to the hospital or doctor immediately. My mom told her I had two clots in my heart and would die if I didn’t go to the doctor. My dad and my wife’s parents also got into the conversation and at some point the friend had to turn her powers off and send them away. Being an empath is very tiring and wears a person’s spirit down. My mom passed away in April of 2017. Yes, I said a visit from a person who died over three years ago is what led me to a miracle.
Armed with this information and not sure how to take the news. We contacted my doctor and got an immediate appointment. After checking records, listening to family history and working me up, the doctor recommended a procedure to check my heart. We scheduled it and a few days later I had the procedure. More to come on what happened as an outcome. Hearing things such as spirits coming through from Heaven and such can be confusing at the least. We were trying to decipher the information and make sense of it. I have had many dreams about my parents and always felt they were around me even in death. The weekend before the procedure my wife and I took a trip to the mountains of NC. We were close to her friends house so we went for a visit and things again took an interesting turn.
As we were visiting, talking and hanging out my mom came back through and she was still upset that I hadn’t fixed the issue with my heart yet. During this conversation things got really weird as a necklace I had worn for 3-4 years was torn off my neck. This necklace was purchased in the Bahamas and had a so-called healing stone on it. I also wore a gold necklace with a gold cross my wife had given me when we got married over 25 years ago.
My routine was to put on my gold cross around my neck every morning. I then would put on my t-shirt and put the black necklace over the top of it. What I had been doing was putting a graven image over the cross and God was not happy about that. I had mistakenly done this for several years thinking it was helping me with a nerve condition in my neck. When the black necklace was torn off, the friend told me that an old man named James did it. My dad and grandpa were both named James so I assumed it to be my dad, who had come through prior to this happening as well.
Our friend advised that James was an old man close to 100 years old so it had to be my grandpa who passed away in his 70’s back in 1973. I remember tidbits about him, but was young when he passed. She said the man was old and had been in the heavenly light a long time and was a powerful spirit of good. As I picked the necklace up off the floor and showed it to my friend, she immediately got sick on her stomach and said that the necklace was bad, of the black arts and had something attached to it.
The necklace was causing the heart issues as there was a battle between good and evil taking place on my chest, in my body. I was told to get rid of the necklace, but had thoughts of fixing it. I was confused and things were tugging at my soul. To wash the black arts away, I had to go to rushing water, toss the necklace in and say a prayer of protection from God and my Angels. My wife and I went to a nice river, put our feet in the cold water and tossed the necklace far away as we could in a deep pool. We said a prayer of recovery and protection and I instantly felt better about things, my soul and got some much needed clarity.
We returned home and I had a heart procedure. Turned out my mom was 100% correct. I had what doctors call a widow maker in my heart. I was blocked in two places and the main artery was about 99% clogged. The doctor obviously cannot state that I would have died soon, but had it not been for the divine warning and heavenly intervention I would probably have fallen over dead of a heart attack. It was one of the worst he had ever worked on and he was amazed my heart had not already stopped working.
In the process of recovery I have found out some more information about things, gained clarity and decided it was time to put some of my life events, dreams, happenings and last but not least miracles from heaven in writing. Final thought on the necklaces, God was testing me to see which way I would go. I received a blessing and have great things ahead of me because I choose God. I choose the light, I choose to be a better person and use my God given talent to continue to help others as I have for many years.
Difference is now, I have better focus, more acute to my surroundings and happenings. I see life differently as I had before and this blog is just the start. I hope you gained inspiration from these words. Just know that God has a plan for your life, he is wonderful and wants what is best for all of us. Sometimes we have to be tested, brought to our knees to realize exactly how loving our heavenly father is. Whatever you believe in the ghost, the spiritual side of things is on you. But as a long time Christian who had veered too far away from God’s grace, I advise you to slow down, listen to the good words of people, love one another, give blessings and avoid being a negative energy vampire.
My mom was a great person on earth, kind, loving and compassionate. Now she is a spiritual guide in Heaven and protector of my family. Through this wonderful soul, I was granted a second chance in life and plan to fully take advantage of it one inch, one day and one moment at a time.
