Jesus and Lightning Bolts

A few weeks before the September 11 tragedy, I had a really implicit dream that involved Jesus and the most severe lightning storm imaginable.  This is the first of two dreams that I had within a few weeks of the 9/11 tragedy that shook America and the world to its core.  At the time I didn’t know what it was about so I wrote it down like I did all my dreams.  I keep a dream journal and typically have some type of explicit dream a few times a month.  

In this dream the world was ending and Jesus was on the cross, crying out for mankind.  He was pleading for mankind to stop being so lost and to turn their eyes to him.  While he was on the cross, I tried to help him and huge lightning bolts were crashing down all over the place.  Every time I would try to run to him gigantic lightning bolts would crash down.  These lightning bolts were so big that they would literally explode the ground and nature around them when they hit.

You could feel the power of the lightning and the storm it brought with it. 

This event took place at my childhood church where I attended for over 40 years.  I wanted so much to assist, but the bolts and storm raged so strong that I was not able to do anything.  I woke up the next morning and told my wife, something bad is about to happen.  I had no idea what, but the dream was a sign of bad things to come.  

A few weeks later, the 911 tragedy struck America and all those people lost their lives.  My core tells me that Jesus had a message for the people, but I had no idea of how to get it out or exactly what it was for.  My learning from this tragedy is that mankind has got to bring itself closer to God.  Stop the hate, rage and transformation of killing in the name of a belief or ritual. Is this a sign that the end Jesus is preparing for a return.  Only God knows so place your eyes upon him and be in prayer for his light in your life.
