Motivational: 86,400 Seconds A Day To Make A Difference

Today is my birthday and we have lots of activity planned so I will make todays coaching and leadership post short and to the point.  I am continuing to write about leading, coaching and teaching people.  The great basketball coach Jimmy Valvano was dynamic and took a group of average guys to the top of their game in 1983.  He was a fighter, an inspiration and left a legacy for his family, friends, peers and athletes to continue that still impacts people many years after his unfortunate passing.  For you young people who may not know who he is, do some research and see how outstanding of a human being this man was.

What more could a coach, teacher, leader, mentor, parent, preacher, business owner, community volunteer or whatever you do ask for when you get called home! As the old ball coach says in this quote, there are 86,400 seconds in a day so get out of bed, go get it and make things happen today.  Make a difference in the lives of your family, friends, employees, athletes and strangers.  You can leave a legacy so get started on it.

Romans 8:18, And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Proverbs 27:17, Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.
Make this and everyday, all 86,400 seconds the best you can and God Bless!
