Spirit Chronicles: Devil Behind the Door

I had a vision last night of the fight between good and evil. Right and wrong. Will power versus no will power. Good choices versus bad choices. Angels versus Demons. In this vision I saw two door ways with one to my left and one to my right. Behind the doorway to my right I saw a 10 foot tall red creature with horns. He was hiding behind the door but I could still see enough of him to know who he was.

He was at the doorway waiting for me to walk in so he could snatch my soul. The doorway was plain and simple just normal as could be. It was not scary but I knew he was in there hiding and waiting for his opportunity to jump me and take me out. You see, that is what the Devil does. He sits in wait and allows us to come closer to him and then he pounces.

He knows we are human and have the power of choice that God gave us. He uses that against us as we make bad decisions after bad decisions. He lies in wait as humans do drugs, cheat on their spouses, drink alcohol until they cannot stand up, look at sexual graphic images, rape, murder and commit other crimes of human choice. He lets you walk into that doorway and steals your future and takes away all your joy and goodness.

Then I looked at the door to the left and I saw a ten foot Angel standing proud. He was the guardian of the gateway to Heaven. He was big, tough and wonderful. His spirit exuded the light of God. He was welcoming and wanted me to pass into his doorway. The scenery behind the door was wonderful, beautiful and appealing. It was just joy and goodness. That is what God offers us through human choice. We can choose goo, bad or ugly. We can choose whats right, wrong or injust. We can choose to be of the light or of the dark.

We make these decisions daily and it will at some point impact our eternal future. Which door are you walikng into? Which way will you choose to go? If you look at what is happening in the world right now. It is obvious to see that the word of God is playing our before our eyes. War in the middle east. Terrorism on the rise. Countries aligning for WW3. Political figures touting devilish speak and speaking out against God. Churches allowing things inside those hallowed walls that God sees as an abomination in the name of equity and justice.

I choose to walk into the door with the Angel and it made the Devil so mad. He slammed the door as I walked away because I told him, I am of the light and with God. I rebuke you in the name of Jesus Christ and you cannot have my soul. I soon saw my mom, dad, nanny and grandmother that had moved on already. They are my guardians and I see them frequently. I am sure of my destination after I leave this body. Are you sure of yours and just know that the decisions you are making today as I type and you read are part of that ending chapter of your life here on Earth.

Matthew 25:46; And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.

Romans 2:6-8; He will render to each one according to his works: to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life; but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury.
