10 Promises From God

God promises us many things in his word. He makes these promises to us and stands by them. As I was doing my daily reading today I began to think about the things he supplies me with and how special he is in my life. Look at these promises and see how they apply to your life.

1- God promises to strengthen you. He will provide you with the strength to face life. You have to ask and accept that gift.

2- God promises to give you rest. God wants us to get rest and feel good. We have to make time to rest and energize with his Holy Spirit.

3- God promises to take care of your needs. Notice it says “needs” not wants. We all have basic needs and one of those is spiritual success.

4- God promises to answer prayers. He will answer your prayers but it may not be the result we seek. Seek him at all times and not just when things are tough.

5- God promises to work things out for you. If you walk by faith he will work things out. Doors will close and open so leave it to God and just walk.

6- God promises to always be with you. God never leaves us as his spirit is infinite and forever. We have to always be with him.

7- God promises to protect you. He will shield you in bad times and help you. Realize that this does not mean we will not face hard times, human events and sin related tragedy.

8- God promises to release you of sin. you have to accept his grace provided by Jesus on the cross. That is the only way to make it happen.

9- God promises to give you life after death. Know him and he will know you. Refuse him and he will refuse you.

10- God promises to help you overcomes and persevere.

Glory be to God, the father, holy spiritual for his grace, mercy and guidance now and forever. Lord I seek you so please seek me. Amen
