As much as I hate to admit it, I love a good cold Diet Mt. Dew or Diet Dr. Pepper when I am craving a drink. I do not drink beer or alcohol and have not had one for over 30 years. I like a cold unsweet tea also with my food and water is the main thing I drink. I went for three years without drinking a soda and did not miss it. Then I got back in them about a year ago and just have one on occasion. I do not drink a lot of milk because it is full of sugar and processed items. I drink coffee every morning to start my day as a teacher and on occasion may have a cup at night after dinner. For now I will stick with a good bottle or water and a diet soda on occasion to fill my needs.
