- Stay away from toxic people at work and in the community. They strive on misery and will suck you right into their BS pitiful issues.
- Declutter the old crap from your garage. If you put it in a box five years ago when you moved or packed it up when you went through your parents stuff. Then it needs to go to the dump or goodwill.
- Clean up your vehicle and get all the junk out of it. I went through my Jeep the other weekend ago and found some bottled water from like two years ago I had stored incase of emergency.
- Declutter your house and make it a livable space without all the extra things from Home Goods and Hobby Lobby.
- Declutter your friends and contacts list on your phone. If you have not spoken to someone in almost 15 years, then why do you still have those numbers.

- Limit your social media to a few things. You put tons of idle time into those things that you do not take into account for time with family or resting.
- Declutter at the job. Get rid of the old stuff and keep a neat and clean desk. I struggle with this one at times.
- Declutter your grown kids stuff that you are sitting on and holding for them. Box up the important things such as pictures, ball gloves, awards, etc and get rid of the other. If they want it, then they need to take it.
- Declutter your mind and soul by getting appropriate levels of rest and relaxation after a hard days work on the job, parenting, etc. Pray, sleep, meditate and relax.
- Declutter physically. Stop carrying the burden of not feeling good and do things to try and improve your health. I am guilty of carrying around extra weight and not walking as much as I should. I plan to change that and am working on it slowly but surely.
