I have always been a morning person and would get up early around 6:00am and leave for work about 6:45am. I go to bed close to 10:00pm when I can during the work week to make sure I am getting some quality sleep. Staying up late is a bad habit (IMO) and can create issues with your health, wellness and work life. Being tired due to lack of rest is not a good thing and a bad habit to start. As the olde saying “the early bird gets the worm” still applies to my life, even in the summer when as a teacher I do not have to get up early.
