My wife is awesome and I am sure most of you feel that your spouse or significant other is the same.  God gives us a woman to keep us straight, take care of us (baby us tough guys) when we have a boo boo and handle family business.  My wife is my equal, my partner and rock.  I know there are varying views out there about it, but my view is that God loved women and I did some reading and found these things in the bible for you.  

There are promises I gathered from the bible about women.  

1- You are be loved

2- You are to be accepted

3- You are wonderfully made

4- You are free

5- You are God’s

6- You are Chosen

Women serve so many roles as home makers, professionals, workers, house keepers, mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, volunteers, teachers, mentors and so many other capacities too numerous to mention.  My wonderful wife is a great spouse, mom, mentor, leader, helper, fixer, healer, talker, worker, yard mower, house cleaner, dog watcher, babysitter and so many things I fail to mention.  Most importantly is that she is a Christian woman with a great set of values that she has taught my children. 

She is strong, capable, tough and loving at the same time.  She can do 3-4 things at once and get it done, while I am lucky to finish one thing at a time.  Men often make light of our spouses and joke about things, but we all know that they are special in God’s eyes which makes them special to us.  God created them to keep us straight men and they do a very good job of it.  To all my female family and friends, we honor you and thank you for being so giving, loving and committed to us and God. 

Proverbs 31:30, Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.

Proverbs 31:10, An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels.

Ephesians 5:25, Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.
