Democarats vs. republicans 2024

Comparing the general differences in the moral, spiritual, and mental thought process between the two parties going into the 2024 election on November 5th, 2024. This is a huge election and maybe the most important one in recent American history. It is a tale of two separated sides that see things quite differently on most topics that are hot on the press and on the minds of most Americans heading into election day. However, there are some things that people see eye to eye on and can agree are a top issue. With that said, the solutions they seek are different, but the issues are alike for both sides.

General democratic views which have changed more recently as many so-called democrats are now actually progressives or even going into the realm of socialism. There are some moderate democrats still out there and those are the ones that see kind of eye to eye with the republicans or independents. The far left though see a different America and seek one in which things are just not manageable. We have to have safety, police, freedom of speech, freedom of currency, freedom to travel and such. These are things that those folks want to shut down. If you disagree with them they try to cancel you. Hell, I might get attacked over this post.

Democrats talking points- Abortion, Higher Taxes, Big government, Federal programs (welfare, medicaid, food stamps, unemployment insurance), Less Police, Immigration (Open borders), Cancelling others they disagree with, Gun control, Rehabilitation of violent criminals, Open marriage, LGBTQ (forcing it on everyone), family, less have an actual belief in God.

Republicans- Lower taxes, family, faith, friends, gun rights, backing the blue, strong military, strong schools, no boys in girls sports, LGBTQ (do what you want, just leave me out of it), freedom of speech, the constitution as it was written.

With that said you have to look at where you stand and what you want for the country and family. You should not vote on one thing such as abortion rights. The facts show that only 1-2% of actual abortions are based on health concerns or the life of the mother or baby. The large majority are due to senseless sexual activity, random sex or lack of birth control. I believe a person should have a right to choose and it is a state issue now and not federal. It will not go back to the federal level because it will never pass as federal ban or right again in both the house and senate. If your states restrictions are too harsh then move or protect yourself against unplanned pregnancy. This may ruffle some feathers, but personally responsibility should not leave a human created by sex as the victim in aborting it.

A person should not vote based on DEI. Diversity is important, but the American way cannot be putting someone in a position based on gender or sexual preference. That is a bad idea and leads to issues with poor hiring and bad decisions. Large companies and the government have proven that DEI is a failure and leads to issues with people in positions of power that are not qualified for the job. We should not elect a person because we do not like the way someone talks. I personally think Trump says stuff that he should not. I personally think that Biden/Harris have said the same or worse things. So I cannot vote on emotion or my feelings.

I have to vote on the issues that are hammering us as Americans right now. That is immigration, the economy, inflation, weakened military, world wars pending, Ukraine (wasteful spending), human rights and day to day services my family needs. I will vote for what is best for me and my family unit. I personally believe that DJT is what is best for America and getting us on track to a brighter future. I believe his policy will make things better and stronger. I believe that Kamala is part of the system and is controlled by big donors and money from the richest families and companies. I believe she had her opportunity to fix things but refused so we will see.

Either way we will all vote and be at work on 11/6/2024 awaiting the results. If if is DJT I will be at work. If it is Kamala, I will be at work. No riots, no complaining, no public demonstrations, no mean tweets, no negative posting, just go to work and suck it up buttercup. We need to toughen up as a society and know that things do not always go our way. Either way it will be four years of more progressive destruction (IMO) of America with Kamala or four years of making us the greatest country in the world again. I may be fooled, but I know how I feel and I think with common sense and not emotion. I think about my wife, kids and grand kids future. A future that encourages hard work, dedication, determination, discipline, freedoms, and a better and safer world.
