Please no pineapple or pears for me. I will eat it if I have too, but do not prefer it at all. I like to cut my fruit up and mix it together to take for snack time at lunch or right after school before I go to practice to coach the kids. Fruit is great for the body and good natural sugars that the body can handle. I do not drink fruit juices but love apple juice on occassion.
