If I could ban one word as an educator, it would be the word “bruh”. Teenagers refer to teachers, coaches, parents and other adults as Bruh. That IMO, is very disrespectful and not appropriate for the classroom, school, work place or around family. I have a sign that says “I will not respond to Bruh, I am not your Bruh” on my classroom wall. When they go there, I do not respond and one of my older students will say to them, that is disrespectful and he does not respond to bruh. People need to learn time and place for certain language and words to be used. Your teacher, preacher, mom, dad, uncle, aunt, manager, leader, peer worker or boss are not your Bruh!
