Are you patriotic? What does being patriotic mean to you?

I am 100% Patriotic. I love America and what it stands for. America is about freedom, free speech, freedom to own a weapon, freedom from governmental tyranny, freedom to be what you want to be (as long as your not breaking the law), freedom to believe what you want. I am all about my country, the flag (stars and stripes) and the sacrifices that people have made so we can be free. We now have people that want to limit our speech, cancel others and if they disagree then they attack you. We may not agree on politics, abortion, religion, welfare, drugs, crime, lifestyles, etc. But what we should be able to agree to is that if we differ in thoughts, ideals or morals. That is perfectly fine and should not be an attack point or a dividing line amongst us.

Being Patriotic is standing for the flag. Being Patriotic is standing up for those that cannot stand for themselves. Being Patriotic is about having close ties to the community, family and local folks. Being Patriotic is a willingness to come together for the greater good of mankind and America. Being Patriotic is standing firm when times are tough. Being Patriotic is serving ones country and willingly sacrificing for the greater good of America. Being Patriotic is being a good person, good citizen and not harming others. Being Patriotic is honoring and acknowledging out past and teaching it as it happened and not how you feel it should have happened. Being Patriotic is supporting our President whether you agree or disagree with his policies. He represents us and that means a lot and a good standard is to pray for him and his folks around him. Being Patriotic is about praying for our great country, our elders, middle aged and youthful people.

I must have no hatred or bitterness towards anyone” We need to hear that message loud and clear in todays world of hate, ignorance and social media influence. To survive as a country we must join together, love more, fear less, educate ourselves, work hard, be patient, vote our moral code, stand firm against tyranny, stand firm against the Devil and be in pray for our nation and leaders!
